The hotel offers a stunning view of Namsan Tower from the much worse-condition rooms. The service is comprehensive with room service, laundry, computer connection, tours/ticket assistance, and free valet parking available. The location is convenient, with easy access to a bus to the airport, the underground, and several shopping areas in Seoul. The dining experience features local fresh products. The facilities are adequate but not exceptional.
I stayed at this hotel near Namsan Tower and had a mixed experience. The rooms were not as impressive as shown in the photos, but the service was excellent. The location was convenient, but the dining options were limited. The facilities were decent, but there were a few drawbacks to consider.
I found the hotel to be very close to the Sookmyung Women's University metro station, which was convenient for getting around. The rooms, however, were in much worse condition than shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. The service provided, including room service and free valet parking, was excellent and made my stay more enjoyable.
